MY APPROACH -

Education + Therapy

Sometimes therapy isn't the best first step.

Sometimes all a couple really needs is knowledge.

  • Education provides common language

  • Understanding makes connection easier

RECOMMENDED -

Start with learning

I offer two kinds of educational experiences:  Date Nights + Courses

Date Nights are 1 time workshops that zero in on a particular topic, while courses run for 4-6 weeks and each topic builds on the previous week's topic.

Neither are therapy.  They are opportunities for couples to learn about a particular topic that could enrich their life together.  Both are online - Tuesday evenings in Zoom.
