Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a therapy session
Please provide a 24-hour advanced notification of cancellation prior to your scheduled session.
You will be required to pay a $75 fee if you do not notify me at least 24 hours before canceling a therapy appointment. If you contact me prior to the 24 hour window, you will not be billed.
Cancellation Policy for Date Nights or Courses
If you need to cancel your spot at a date night or course, no problem.
You will receive a full refund up until 24 hours before the start of the course. If you cancel within 24 hours of date night/course start - or after the course starts - you will only be refunded 50%.
