The Science of We
An introduction to relational neuroscience & wellbeing

For couples who have been together 3 months to 30+ years. Whether you're simply curious, feeling a little flat, or possibly fragmented, this course helps you understand some of the 'science of we' -  how our nervous systems function in the middle of fights, how we establish neural networks that fuel helpful (and unhelpful) habits of thinking and feeling, how our spirituality and meaning-making embed ways of being within us that ultimately shape the trajectory of our life together.

  • 6 sessions - next course starts April 7 (then July 14)

  • Tuesday evenings 6:00 - 7:30 pm

  • Zoom only

  • $250/couple
