What is this about?
Do you ever notice that you and your partner bring different instincts, expectations, or reactions into parenting? If so, this Date Night may be for you. In this workshop, we’ll explore the most widely researched approaches to parenting—how warmth and structure work together, how emotional security is built through connection, and how children’s nervous systems are shaped through everyday interactions. Drawing on attachment research and insights from interpersonal neurobiology, you’ll gain a clearer picture of the parenting patterns you’re creating together. Fee: $25 per person / $50 per couple A note from Christine: I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota, and enrollment in this class is therefore limited to Minnesota residents. This class is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, nor does participation create a therapist–client relationship. Because this is a group online learning experience, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. If you are seeking therapeutic support for your relationship, you are welcome to inquire about therapy services with me. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please seek immediate care from a licensed provider or local emergency resources near you.
