What is this about?

This is an opportunity for you to get an idea of who I am as a therapist and if my approach seems like it will be helpful for you. Additionally, I will listen for your desired outcomes and discern if your needs are within my scope of practice. If not, I will let you know up front and provide referrals for you. Determining mutual fit is important and this consultation can help us figure that out. Note: My license is for the state of Minnesota only thus, both partners must be residents of MN.
